Our World Travel Gallery Hop was so much fun! I am sorry to share that I did not get pictures as I needed to grade each student, leaving no opportunity for pictures. Please ask your student to share what they learned about their country during that research project! Our next unit will focus on historical fiction through reading of Holocaust Fiction (as we will be studying World War 2 and the Holocaust this month). There is a book choice, Number the Stars, with a lighter story and a happy ending.
7th graders will reflect on career choices and rate different career options this week, wrapping up our study on careers from January.
8th graders will finish out their Financial Literacy unit by learning about basic bills paid for the home, electric, tv, internet, etc. Then students will reflect on what they have learned.
